Noida, UP – A Lamborghini rammed into two pedestrians on a footpath near an under-construction building in Sector 94 on Sunday, police said. The victims, labourers from Chhattisgarh, sustained leg fractures and were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they are out of danger.
A video of the aftermath surfaced online, showing the accused stepping out of the car and asking bystanders, "Koi mar gaya idhar?" (Did anyone die here?). In response, a local was heard questioning if he knew how many people had died there before someone called for the police.
Police identified the driver as Deepak, a resident of Ajmer, and confirmed that the luxury car was registered in Puducherry. He has been arrested, and the car has been seized.
