Beanies at Vinnies CEO Sleepout launch represent just 10 per cent of the homeless in the ACT

At the launch on Thursday for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout in Canberra, 177 beanies were installed in King's Hall at Old Parliament House, representing 10 per cent of the 1777 people reported to be homeless in the ACT, according to the 2021 ABS Census.
