A Taiwanese man living in Bangkok who experienced Taiwan's 921 earthquake in 1999 says the recent 7.7 tremor that affected Thailand felt similar. He says he hopes the Thai government will implement better disaster policy following the collapse of a skyscraper in the country's capital.
