Two defeats worrying
Losing to lower ranked teams for the second time this UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball tournament is a cause of alarm for Bella Belen and the defending champs NU Lady Bulldogs.
After its shock loss to UP on March 26, 2025, NU found itself on the wrong end of another upset defeat after bowing to Adamson, 23-25, 25-15, 26-28, 22-25, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on April 6.
The Final Four-bound Lady Bulldogs dropped to 9-2 but stayed at the top of the team standings.
