Ingredients :
-Strawberry 200 grams
-Yogurt 250 Grams ( Dahi )
-Dates seedless 40 grams ( Khajoor )
-Rolled Oats 50 grams
-Pumpkin seeds 20 grams ( Kadu Ke Beej )
-Sunflower Seeds 20 Grams ( Suraj Mukhi Ke Beej )
-Almonds ( Badam ) 25 grams
-Walnuts 25 grams ( Akhrot )
-Honey 2 tbsp ( Shehad)
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Oilve Oil @ -3 tbsp ( Zaitoon Ka til )
Direction For Cooking :
-Take a baking dish add sunflower , pumpkin seeds , walnuts , almonds , rolled oats , honey , vanilla essence , olive oil mix it well and bake it on 180 celsius for 15 -20 mins.
-Take a blending jar add strawberries and dates blend it well then add yogurt and again blend it well.
-Transfer this mixture into a bowl add chopped strawberry , baked dry fruits.
-Refrigerate for 2 - 30 mins then serve.
