Thai Spring Rolls – Light, crunchy, and filled with fresh ingredients! These Thai Spring Rolls, paired with a delightful Shangrila dip, bring a unique twist to your Iftaar.
1 cup boiled chicken
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1 tbsp peanuts
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Spring roll wrappers
Oil (for deep frying)
Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce (for serving)
Directions:
In a bowl, add boiled chicken, cabbage, and chopped carrot.
Add peanuts and salt as per taste.
Pour in Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and mix well.
Take a spring roll wrapper and place a portion of the filling in the center.
Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Fry the spring rolls until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
