Olives and Olive Oil (زيتون)
The Prophet (PBUH) said: "Eat olive oil and anoint yourselves with it, for it is from a blessed tree." — Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1851
Pumpkin (قرع)
Narrated Anas bin Malik: "A tailor invited Allah's Messenger (PBUH) to a meal which he had prepared... I saw the Prophet (PBUH) picking the pieces of gourd (pumpkin) from around the dish." — Sahih al-Bukhari 2092
Cucumber with Dates
Narrated Abdullah bin Ja'far: "I saw the Prophet (PBUH) eating fresh dates with cucumbers."— Sahih Muslim 2041a
Vinegar (خل)
The Prophet (PBUH) said: "What an excellent condiment is vinegar."— Sahih Muslim 2051a
Meat (especially lamb)
Narrated Abu Huraira: "We were in the company of the Prophet (PBUH) at a banquet and a cooked (mutton) forearm was set before him, and he used to like it..."— Sahih al-Bukhari 3340
Watermelon
