The results of an investigation into a gas explosion that killed five people at a Taichung mall in February have been published. The prosecutor's report found that the main gas switch on the 12th floor of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi mall had not been turned off and that the sensor designed to catch gas leaks had been removed.
