Erik and Lyle Menendez Win, Judge Grants Resentencing Hearing

The judge denied D.A. Nathan Hochman's motion to withdraw the petition for resentencing ... which the previous D.A. had requested. Bottom line is Erik and Lyle WILL get their day in court to seek a new sentence.
