Made with grated potatoes, suji (semolina), cumin seeds, green chilies, and a touch of red chili flakes, these bites are packed with taste and crunch. Ingredients :
-Aloo 2 -3 ( Potatoes )
-Suji 1 cup ( semolina )
-Namak 1 tsp ( Salt ) or to taste
-Zeera 1 tsp ( Cumin Seeds )
-Dhara Mirch 1 tbsp ( Red chili Flakes )
-Safed Till 1 tbsp ( White Sesame seeds )
-Hara dhania 1/2 cup ( Fresh Coriander )
-Pani 2 + 1/2 cup ( Water )
-Cooking oil for frying
Direction for Cooking :
-Grate the potatoes add water and set aside.
-Take a wok add oil add cumin seeds , red chili flakes , green chilies , white sesame seeds cook it for 2 mins on low flame.
-Add water mix it well mix well.
-Add fresh coriander mix well bring it boil .
-Add grated potatoes mix well and cook for 2 -3 min on low flame.
-Add roasted semolina cook for 3 -4 mins on low flame , cook until water dries.
-Turn off the flame , let it cool.
-Make the shapes of your choice.
-Take a wok add cooking oil fry the bites until golden brown and crispy.
-Serve with any sauce and enjoy.
