The actors were filming for a new Netflix thriller called 'Animals' - also starring Kerry Washington.
In the thriller, Ben Affleck plays a mayoral candidate whose son had been kidnapped.
Steven Yeun plays the mayor's campaign manager, while Kerry Washington plays his fixer.
In the footage, Affleck and his co-star Yeun can be seen walking through the market, handing out campaign leaflets to voters.
Affleck also stops for pictures with the adoring crowd - who asked for photos.
A passerby - who filmed the footage and wants to remain anonymous - said he was "starstruck" when he spotted Ben Affleck in the market.
