Made with minimal ingredients, no heavy masalas, and packed with natural flavors of green chilies, ginger, garlic, and yogurt! Perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a desi-style get-together. Ingredients:
-Water 1/2Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 8 -10
-Adrak (Ginger) 2 inch piece
-Chicken mince 600grams
-Cooking oil 1/2 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste ( Namak )
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1/2 Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1/2 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) sliced 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1/4 cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1/2 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions:
-In a blender jug, add water, garlic, ginger ,blend well & set aside.
-In a wok, add cooking oil, chicken mince & mix well until it changes color & cook on medium flame until it dries up (3-4 minutes).
-Add green chilies ,pink salt & mix well.
-Add ginger garlic water, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes & mix well, cover & cook on medium flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Remove tomato peels.
-Add yogurt, red chili powder, garam masala powder , mix well & cook until oil separates (1-2 minutes).
-Add green chilies, fresh coriander & ginger mix well.
-Sprinkle black pepper crushed cover and cook for 2 -3 min low flame.
-Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger & serve with paratha!
