Political newcomers Elysa Chen, 41, and Cai Yinzhou, 35 will replace Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen and two-term MP Chong Kee Hiong in the PAP’s line-up for Bishan Toa Payoh GRC.
Former journalist Elysa Chen is the executive director of social service agency CampusImpact, while social entrepreneur Cai Yinzhou is the executive director of the Chinatown Heritage Centre.
