At the start of the evening there are clear skies across many parts of England, but it is cloudy elsewhere with area of rainfall over Northern Ireland which also touches western Scotland. As the night goes on the cloud increases in thickness from the east, but clear spells can still be found in western England with some starry skies also emerging in Wales.
