Dehradun (Uttarakhand), April 20, 2025 (ANI): Reacting to BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s statement on Supreme Court, Uttarakhand Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat on April 20 said that this is an attack on the entire judicial system and Constitution. “This is an attack on the entire judicial system, an attack on the constitution... They are working as a squad for the BJP, which attacks and creates terror in the minds of people. This is an attempt to intimidate the judiciary... It seems that the BJP understands that there are some unconstitutional elements in the Waqf (Amendment) Act... If there is any honesty in JP Nadda's statement (tweet on Dubey's statement), which is not expected, then the BJP MP should be expelled from his post....,” said Harish Rawat.
