Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), April 20, 2025 (ANI): On two Cheetahs to be released in Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said, “Today I am going to release Cheetah in Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary. There is a belief in Ujjain that many years ago, about 100-200 years ago, leopards were here. Now it is a very happy moment to see it being restored again. Our land welcomes everyone to create an ecosystem for wildlife. I will also visit other leopard reserves in this state… The growth rate of Cheetahs in Madhya Pradesh is high. I thank forest department for this.”
