In a surprise upset, 'Sinners' beat 'A Minecraft Movie' and topped the domestic chart at the Easter weekend box office. Ryan Coogler's film starring Michael B. Jordan debuted to an estimated $48 million, well ahead of an expected $40 million and even higher than Sunday's estimate of $45.6 million.
