Despite President Obama's efforts to shut down Guantanamo Bay detention center (torture facility), House Minority Whip John Boehner is determined to prevent detainees from entering the United States. Boehner has subsequently introduced to congress the Keep Terrorists out of America Act. His proposal is fucking retarded for so many reasons.
