Palace claps back at Sara over P20/rice comment
Malacañang claps back at Vice President Sara Duterte after she criticizes the government's sale of P20 per kilo of rice in the Visayas region. Speaking in Filipino, Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said in a press briefing on April 24, 2025 that the vice president should avoid 'crab mentality' and to stop being a 'termite in society.' Castro also said that politicians should not be involved in the selling of the P20 per kilo rice.
