Over 2.5 million roses in 40+ varieties are transforming the city’s elevated roads into a breathtaking "sky corridor." This vibrant floral spectacle, affectionately called “taxes in full bloom” online, is the result of 17 years of green innovation since roses first graced the overpasses in 2009.
