day 3 of my soup series is a dumpling soup with seriously the best miso ginger broth π₯one pot and only 15 minutes!
1. add 1 lb frozen vegetable dumplings to a large pot along with 1.5 cups chopped green cabbage, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup frozen edamame, 3 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 1-2 tbsp hot chili oil, 2 tbsp coconut aminos, and 4 cups miso ginger broth
2. place pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, then cover and turn down heat to simmer for 5-8 mins
3. serve in a bowl with a drop of hot chili oil, and enjoy!
