Warren angrily confronts Fergus. Maxine walks through The Dog in the Pond carpark, unaware that she is being followed. Warren prepares to attack Fergus, but Fergus reveals he is having Maxine kidnapped and trafficked to fund the retirement to Mexico. The kidnapper drives Maxine to a shipping yard. Fergus tells Warren that to save her, he will need to call off Joel. He taunts Warren, who punches him and prepares to kill him until Fergus reminds him that he will never find Maxine if he does. Fergus is enraged to learn that Warren was behind the website hack. He says that he will let Warren save Maxine so long he keeps Joel quiet and lets Fergus escape.
