The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, April 29 said parts of the country would continue to experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the trough or extension of a low pressure area (LPA) and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).
