Student teachers vandalized highway toll booths in the southwestern state of Guerrero on Wed (April 30) to protest against the murder of environmental activist Marco Antonio Suastegui.
Suastegui, known for his opposition to the La Parota hydroelectric dam project in Guerrero state, was shot and severely injured on April 18th in Acapulco. He succumbed to his injuries in a hospital on Friday (April 25th).
