Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), May 01, 2025 (ANI): Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare of India, Shivraj Singh Chouhan lambasted Rahul Gandhi and Congress for allegedly claiming credit for Caste Census. He said, "... Accurate figures have become necessary today to formulate policies for social welfare. Caste census will become the basis of public welfare and the foundation of social justice... Rahul Gandhi is creating a ruckus only to gain credit. When their (Congress) government was in power, why did they not conduct the caste census?... They were even against caste based reservation... Congress never works for public welfare, but only to garner votes. It is in their DNA to spread lies and falsehoods..."
