Mumbai, May 04, 2025 (ANI): Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui talked about his film, Costao - a movie based on the true story of Costao Fernandes, a customs officer from Goa. Nawazuddin Siddiqui said, “I think there are very few people who fight the system without any help. It was Costao's own battle, and he fought against the system and for the right cause. Later on, people also stood with him, but because of that, he made a lot of sacrifices. He was made to sit at the Mumbai desk. I had met him before the shooting. When he used to sit and talk, I used to observe him. I did not try to copy him, but rather his thoughts, what made him angry, what made him laugh.”
