New Delhi, May 04, 2025 (ANI): On being asked, if he sees that the Prime Minister’s vision for Science is changing the living standards of common people, Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood lauds PM Narendra Modi vision for science. He said, "This is happening in a very major way. One example, which is there almost on a minute-to-minute basis, is of digital transformation. So, digital transformation, like UPI, Adhar, and many other portals, and an e-signature portal. This is the vision of our Prime Minister, and already, billions of transactions are being done daily. So this has touched the lives of every citizen. There are no citizens now who are not undergoing digital transformation. Similarly, his recent intervention or speech at the AI summit made the pathway for India to follow AI very clear. AI is again something here to stay, which will affect the lives of our citizens, and the Prime Minister has given a very clear direction on how we have to move. So the AI mission, which has been launched, will also take this further...It is a testament to the fact that people notice what is happening in India. So it's not just one or two things; there are many things that India is doing that are taking the attention from our global partners, and that is one manifestation. So there are many other manifestations, like the way we have acquired huge respect in the international community, all international forums, and this is another example of our standing..."
