I'm not sure what TVOntario was doing airing an emergency alert from Quebec, but this really happened. (Recorded from the Toronto transmitter, CICA!) Not sure why Quebec idiotically insists on not translating its name either, considering this leads to the TTS synthesizer saying gouvernement like "gowvernment". (Please keep discussion civil and factual.)
