PM suddenly announced caste census desperately at a time when the whole country is grieving the Pahalgam attack...Congress chief has given 3 suggestions. First and most important, the questionnaire for the caste census must be drafted properly...second suggestion is the removal of 50% cap on reservations...we hope PM Modi will call an all-party meeting on caste census..."
