Dhalai (Tripura), May 6, 2025 (ANI): A child with special needs (CWSN) from Tripura’s Dhalai named Romeo Hrangkhawl has successfully passed the matriculation examination conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE). He has become a symbol of courage, determination and inclusive education. Bishnu Datta, School Inspector of Ambassa, who has closely followed Romeo's progress over the years, said, "Romeo Hrangkhawl is a student from the CWSN category. As per the Right to Education Act and the new education policy, all children are equal. As a school inspector, it is my sole responsibility to ensure that every student gets the help he or she needs… Romeo Hrangkhawl is an inspiration in Tripura… He can not only draw but also write with his toes despite being unable to maintain balance due to his motor disability… His academic results send a strong message to all CWSN students. His achievements are truly remarkable..."
