Malaysia’s development must be rooted in its own internal strength and economic resilience, rather than dependence on external factors, especially amid ongoing global uncertainties, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Speaking at the launch and offer letter presentation ceremony for the ECRL operations and maintenance phase on Tuesday (May 6), Anwar emphasised the importance of adopting a moderate yet firm approach in response to such external pressures, and reiterated Malaysia’s rejection of any form of unilateral action.
