Gurugram (Haryana), May 7, 2025 (ANI): Former member of National Security Advisory Board Tilak Devasher said that in the case of China's statement, the only thing which will be music to Pakistan is the use of the word “regrettable.”He further said, “The international community has been very supportive of India. Everybody realises that India had to react because 26 of our innocent people were killed cold-bloodedly, and in a communal manner... They all realise that you cannot mess around with a country of the size and stature of India and then expect that nothing will happen... In the case of China's statement, the only thing which will be music to Pakistan is the use of the word regrettable. Other than that, it's a bland statement. I think Pakistan must be disappointed with the statement that China has made. In fact, Turkey made a much stronger statement...”
