Turkish style chicken:
Ingredients
Chicken Boneless cubes 1kg
Yogurt 1cup
Tomato paste 1/3 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
Vinegar 2 tbsp.
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp. or to taste
Paprika powder 1 tbsp.
Cumin powder 1 tbsp.
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp.
For white sauce
Butter 2 tbsp.
All purpose flour 1&1/2 tbsp.
Milk 3 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Dried parsley 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Coriander leaves
Directions
In a bowl add chicken boneless cubes, salt, paprika, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, vinegar, yogurt mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
In a pan add oil and heat it, add marinated chicken cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Then cover and cook on low flame until chicken is fully done.
For white sauce preparation add butter in a pan let it melt, add All purpose flour cook for 1-2 minutes add milk, black pepper, salt, dried parsley, oregano mix and cook well until thicken. And set aside.
Heat a sizzler pan (optional) spread chicken, white sauce, mozzarella and cheddar cheese cover until cheese melts. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
