In this episode the contestants are Val Palmer & Richard Sainsbury from Yorkshire, Fred & Joy Green from Staffordshire, Dot & Andrew Pimer from Cheshire, and Michael & Sharon Walker from Suffolk. Bruce Forysth hosts, assisted by the lovely Rosemary Ford, who is chuffed to have another couple on from her native Yorkshire, though Bruce is perturbed to find two bank clerks among the teams. "No wonder there is nobody on the tills when you need them," he quips. "They're all on here!" He also hears of one couple's wedding disaster, while one woman relates a lizard story that comes out unintended Not Going Out sauciness (you'll know what I mean if you've seen that Xmas episode). Among the games are Jack Douglas recitation (involving the actual Carry On star Jack Douglas), Folding Blankets (yes, really), sausage making (still on the Carry on theme, I see) and Draw the Road Signs, which ends up somewhat farcical. The finale sees the surviving twosomes have to play off in a 1960's Tiller Girl dance off. All good fun, and I hope you enjoy it.
