A social media war has broken out between the current administration and the former, as it pertains to the State of the Prime Minister's residence and Diplomatic Centre, and whether they are fit for purpose. It has now been revealed that a multi-million-dollar request was made under the former administration to upgrade the premises. Meantime UDECOTT has dismissed claims made by Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Barry Padarath, that there are no functioning security scanners at the Diplomatic Centre.
