Britain's longest wisteria vine, at Wickham Place Farm in Witham, Essex, has come into full bloom, showcasing a stunning cascade of mauve flowers.
The vine, stretching 240ft along a garden wall and standing 15ft high, has flourished under the dedicated care of 68-year-old Judith Wilson, who spends 60 hours a year pruning it.
The wisteria, planted in 1993 to replace ivy, has reached its peak bloom this year, aided by a mild spring.
Despite the challenges of frost damage in previous years, this magnificent vine continues to impress, with its vibrant display leaving onlookers in awe.
