Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has challenged his Russian Counterpart Vladimir Putin to meet in Turkey this week for talks to end the war between their two countries. Zelenskyy said he would be in Istanbul on May 15, and pushed for Russia to agree to a 30-day ceasefire ahead of their meeting.
