Bindi Irwin 'on road to recovery' after having appendix and 14 endometriosis lesions removed

Conservationist Bindi Irwin has thanked fans for their "kind messages" after she underwent emergency surgery to have her appendix and 14 endometriosis lesions removed last weekend, and she is now "on the road to recovery".
