Two types of investigations will be conducted into the tragic accident that claimed the lives of nine Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) personnel on Tuesday (May 13), says Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil.
He said the Transport Ministry announced the establishment of an independent special task force to examine the non-criminal aspects of the accident, focusing on vehicle (safety), which falls under the ministry's jurisdiction.
