One day after meeting with the Minister of Homeland Security, the Prisons Commissioner has discovered that his Service now falls under the Ministry of Justice. However Commissioner Corraspe says he does not consider the meeting null and void, though he does hope that the Minister of Justice will meet with the Prison Service in due course.
