British Airways has been fined £3.2 million over horror falls suffered by two baggage handlers at Heathrow Airport which happened after the company had been warned that workers were at risk.Ravinder Teji fell through an unguarded gap at the top of a piece of equipment while loading luggage on to an airbus, plunging a metre-and-a-half to the ground and suffering fractured ribs and a head injury.
