A 27-year-old man is lucky to be alive after being stabbed multiple times in the Alice Springs CBD yesterday afternoon. It comes just weeks after the stabbing death of a local storekeeper in Darwin. Questions are now being raised about the effectiveness of the Country Liberal Party government’s approach to tackling violent crimes.
