NU completes five-peat in UAAP 87 men's volleyball
The National University Bulldogs turn back the Far Eastern University Tamaraws in Game Three of the UAAP Season 87 men's volleyball Finals, 25-16, 28-26, 25-23, to complete their five-peat bid at the Mall of Asia Arena on May 17, 2025. NU overcame a 0-1 series deficit and trailed for most part of the third set in Game Three, including a 19-21 disadvantage against FEU. Leo Ordiales pumped 13 points to lead NU in the match that drew a UAAP men's volleyball record crowd of 14,517 fans. Aringo, the Finals MVP, added nine points, 10 excellent receptions, and four digs.
