Welcome to day 3 of my 7 day home workout challenge! We are leaving those legs alone today because I know the burn was REAL in day 1 and 2 ! We are focusing on the biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest + back in this upper body HIIT workout. No equipment needed in today's sweat sash so just follow along!
