China Slaps Anti-Dumping Levies on Plastic From Taiwan, U.S., EU, Japan

China will impose anti-dumping tariffs on engineering plastics from Taiwan, Japan, the U.S. and the European Union. China's commerce ministry said imports from these regions were dumped at unfair prices.
