"A New Dawn" is an incredibly powerful addition to Farming Simulator, in particular for its East Asian farming feature, which completely transforms the game approach with different cultures (pun intended). Europe maps have sprawling wheat fields, unlike the core of the maps which is rice paddies that require precise and patient attention for gameplay. The act of flooding rice paddies, planting rice, and subsequently draining the paddies could be a meditative immersion for Western players, and serves as a new mechanic for the game. Watching the sunset over the carefully maintained fields and the reflections shimmering in the water is magical for the player.

The Therapy of Tedium
At its simplest, FS25 is a game about finding pleasure in repeating actions. Plowing fields has its own meditative routine to it, one that puts you into a trance-like state of focus. But the game is far from boring. Just when you think you’ve perfected the flow, something out of the ordinary occurs - a calf runs away, your water supply malfunctions, or you intend to sow crops in a field and end up doing it in the whole field. These random events break the repetition and keep you active and interested.
AI Causes No Disruption To Your Work
The AI operations are more modernized as these upgrade features are more capable and make less annoying mistakes. Now they consider topography, climate, and the types of crops for route planning. It feels great to observe the efficiency with which the hired hand operates a combine harvester, and maneuvers around strange corners with impressive control.The AI also puts his touch on the farm. Sometimes, helpers comically get the machine stuck in mud or miss a field completely, but it is nice to know that not everything they do is so devoid of mistakes.
