Foxconn Chair Young Liu has revealed new details about a 10,000 GPU supercomputer project in Taiwan's southern city of Kaohsiung, which will eventually draw 100 megawatts of electricity. The first phase of the project will begin with 20MW before scaling up, according to Liu's keynote at this year's Computex. It's a collaboration between Foxconn, Nvidia, TSMC and Taiwan's National Science and Technology Council, and will use 10,000 Nvidia AI chips.
