Elle Fanning is set to play young Effie Trinket in the new 'Hunger Games' film 'Sunrise on the Reaping.' Elizabeth Banks portrayed Effie in the first four movies in the franchise that kicked off with 'The Hunger Games' in 2012. In 'Sunrise on the Reaping,' Effie serves as the stylist for Haymitch Abernathy in the preparation for the 50th Hunger Games, 24 years before the events of the first novel and film. Francis Lawrence is directing the movie adaptation of Suzanne Collins' best-selling novel that will hit theaters November 20th, 2026.
