This man was attempting to fix low oil flow in this water truck’s hydraulic system by opening the pump plug to install a valve from a new 25-gallon tank of fresh hydraulic oil to fill more oil. But as soon as he pulled the plug, 5–7 gallons of oil erupted from the pump, quickly flooding the floor of his entire shop.
