Vasco Da Gama (Goa) , May 22, 2025 (ANI) : Union Minister for state of Earth Sciences and Science & Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh inaugurated two newly constructed, state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, Polar Bhavan and Sagar Bhavan at the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research or NCPOR, Vasco-da-Gama, Goa. The facilities are equipped to support advanced research in polar and ocean sciences through modern laboratories. The minister said that “the facilities mark a significant step forward in establishing NCPOR as a premier canter for world-class research and development in polar and ocean sciences.” Adding further, the minister said that “these facilities will held India in emerging as a global leader in Ocean science” .
